The story
Sarah moved to Mexico after a year abroad teaching English to craftswomen in an indigenous community — that relationship is the reason the brand exists. The founders avoid calling themselves a fashion brand at all; they frame the work as keeping Mexican artisan techniques alive.
Founder & origin
Founded in 2015 by university best friends Sarah Goodwin (Mexico City) and Millie Wilson (London). The name reflects the two countries the business runs across.
Craft & materials
Designed in London, handmade in Mexico with artisan communities directly. Because the process is genuinely slow and small-batch, releases are limited-edition and irregular rather than tied to fashion seasons.
Conscious notes
The founders state plainly that fair pay for artisans is core to the model — margins stay intentionally small so craftspeople are paid properly.
